The character cap is the real ceiling

SlidesAI's own pricing page states a per-presentation character limit at every tier: 2,500 characters on the free Basic plan, 6,000 on Pro, 12,000 on Premium. That's roughly the length of a long paragraph to a couple of pages of source text — enough to outline a deck, not enough to hand over a full brief, a set of research notes, or a real document and expect the tool to work through all of it.

Skiaw has no equivalent input cap. It reads whatever you attach — PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, Markdown — and searches the web on top of it, then decides what belongs on which slide. The limiting factor is credits spent generating the deck, not characters spent describing it.

An add-on that lives inside your editor, versus a deck that arrives finished

SlidesAI's own positioning is direct about this: it works inside Google Slides, PowerPoint, ChatGPT or a browser, generating editable content in place — 'no file to import back in.' Can I bring my existing SlidesAI decks into Skiaw?

Not as a direct import. You can attach a deck exported from Google Slides or PowerPoint as a source document when you generate in Skiaw, and it will read the content — but Skiaw builds a new deck from that brief rather than reformatting the existing slides.

Why does SlidesAI's character limit matter?

SlidesAI's own pricing page caps input at 2,500 to 12,000 characters per presentation depending on plan — roughly a paragraph to a couple of pages.
